In light of Pope Francis' Apostolic Letter to all bishops on the "Use of the Roman Liturgy Prior to the Reform of 1970", Bishop Konderla has issued a decree regarding how these guidelines will effect the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma. In the Decree, the bishop “granted permission authorizing the use of the 1962 Roman (Latin) Missal at Holy Cross, provided that a capable and competent Diocesan priest is available and is assigned to the liturgy with the permission of the local pastor.”
