- Liturgy Committee--recommend liturgies for special devotions and organize/prepare for all Masses schedule (and ensure training) of ministers/servers needed for each Mass serve as Eucharistic Minister for English Masses (receive required training) serve as an Altar Server at English or TLM Masses serve as a Greeter and Usher, includes welcoming at door/assisting with seats, distribution of bulletins, taking up collection, and taking gifts to the altar, if needed serve as a Sacristan keeping sacristy in order, ensuring that all needed supplies are on hand, and setting up altar before each Mass serve as a Reader by proclaiming the scripture readings at the English Masses serve as part of the Music Ministry in the choir, as a cantor, and/or playing an instrument
- Building/Capital Improvement Committee serve on the committee that plans and oversees building and capital improvement projects assist with/perform general maintenance for the church building that doesn't require outside professionals assist with care/maintenance of outdoor landscaping and flower beds
- Communications Team serve on team that administers and maintains the parish website, Facebook, bulletin, monthly newsletter, Flocknote, parish calendar
- Security/Safety Committee secures the building during services and ensures building security measures are properly installed and in working order plan opportunities for parishioners to be trained in safety
- Parish Life, Women's M&M Society, and Men's Committees plan social activities and celebrations throughout the year participate in the Mary & Martha Society (M&M)--the women's fellowship and service group that provide altar linen care, altar flowers, funeral meals, liturgical season decorations participate in the men's fellowship and service group that also assists with building and property care/upkeep

Local Ministry information
ADULT FAITH FORMATION/ENRICHMENT/EDUCATION
- OCIA CLASSES (Catholicism 101) Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. These classes are offered by Fr. Donovan for those wanting to join the church and/or any Catholic wanting to learn more about the Catholic faith. Come and bring an interested friend.
- ADULT FORMATION CLASSES—Fourth Sunday of each month after both 8:30 & 11 a.m. Masses for continued adult enrichment/education in your faith.
- BIBLE STUDY—Friday mornings at 9 a.m.
FAMILY CATECHESIS is held Third Sunday of the month after the 8:30 a.m. Mass (during the regular school year) and is available for families with children in grades K-12. The focus is on education leading to reception of the Sacraments and continued Faith Formation within the family. Contact Katzy Hale (918-520-1282) for more information or for information on preparing your child for the Sacraments.

RAISING SAINTS YOUTH GROUP & HIGH SCHOOL BIBLE STUDY each Sunday at 5 p.m. The Youth Group is a social and formational group for youth in grades 6-12. Contact Kay Rodriguez (405-659-0507) for more information and meeting schedule.
COMMUNION/VISIT FOR THE SICK & SHUT-IN --There are request cards in the vestibule to request communion for the sick or a home visit. Please complete a request card and give to Deacon Jim Ruyle or put in the offering basket.
WORKS OF MERCY -- Caring for our local families in need by donating funds, food, and personal items to the Wagoner Area Neighbors and other local charities; support of the Eastern Oklahoma Catholic Charities, including facilitating the Catholic Charities Mobile Food Distribution on the last
Thursday of the month, and the Diocesan Faith & Works Appeal.
PARISH COUNCIL represents the body of the parish, acting as a communication source to and from fellow parishioners, and other parish committees, and to be aware of and responsive to the needs of the parish. The council meets bi-monthly on the third Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

MARY & MARTHA SOCIETY is a parish organization of women lending assistance in the spiritual and material activities and improvements for the parish. This organization meets on the first Monday of each month (Sept.-May) at 6 p.m.

MEN'S GROUP This organization of men provide assistance and improvements for the parish. Seth Yoder, Chairman

Did You Know?
- Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma is the largest provider of food to individuals in need in the state.
- 7.7 million pounds of food delivered through our outreach locations in the past year.
- Our outreach locations have remained open throughout the pandemic to serve those in need.
- Since mid-March, Catholic Charities has distributed 400% more food through our 7 food pantries.
- Our Famers to Families Food Box Program has distributed millions of pounds of fresh produce and dairy through 15 locations across Eastern Oklahoma.
- Monthly mobile food drops to Eufala, Talihina and Idabel, with more being added.
- Rural parish outreach grants were doubled, providing funds for emergency assistance to 34 parishes.
- Assisting 250 families displaced by the 2019 floods, many of whom are still without a permanent place to live 16 months later.
- GED classes in both English and Spanish are offered in Tulsa, Muskogeee, Bartlesville and Stillwater.
- Catholic Charities offer 14 programs that provide vital services (including services for homeless and pregnant mothers, emergency assistance, in addition to food and adult education) to those in need without regard for race, color, or creed.

The need hasn't slowed down and neither can we! Our food pantry needs volunteers for our drive-through food distribution Tuesday - Friday for 8:45 a.m. to noon and/or 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. shifts.
